Application Guide

Surface Preparation Steel or metal surfaces shall be dry, clean and free from oil, dust, mill scale and loose rust. Use the specified hand-tool, power-tool or blast-cleaning grade according to the coating system and service environment.
Application Environment Apply with application under suitable site temperature; relative humidity <= 85%; substrate temperature at least 3 deg C above the dew point; adequate ventilation.
Application Method Apply by airless spray, air spray, spray, brush, roller. Recommended dry film thickness: 100-200microns. Use compatible thinner/cleaner such as the approved thinner for this coating system where specified. Mix, thin and recoat according to site conditions and the coating system requirements.
