| Application Method | Before use, stir the paint thoroughly until it is uniform. If any skin forms, filter and remove it until the hammer pattern appears on the paint surface. After taking the paint, ensure the bucket is tightly sealed to prevent skin formation. Conduct sample spraying before construction to ensure consistent results. Adjust the viscosity using specialized solvents, maintaining a spray gun pressure of 3-4 kg/cm² and a spraying distance of about 20-25 cm. Move the spray gun at a slightly slow speed. Ensure the ambient air humidity does not exceed 85%, and keep the substrate clean, free of water, rust, and loose dust. If using a primer, apply the "wet-on-wet" method. If using putty to fill gaps, clean the surface dust thoroughly after sanding to avoid paint film peeling. Clean the tools immediately with thinner after construction. Shelf life: 12 months. |
