| Application Method | Please refer to the process manual for detailed construction instructions. The wall surface should be smooth, clean, free from any contaminants, and fully dry, without any floating dust, loose spots, or hollow areas. The pH value of the wall should be below 9.5, and the moisture content should be under 10%. Before applying the paint, up to 10% water may be added depending on the construction conditions. The temperature during application must be above 5°C, preferably over 10°C, and the humidity should not exceed 85%. Construction should be avoided in conditions where the wall is prone to condensation (such as foggy weather), and work should not be performed if rain is expected within 24 hours. For optimal decorative results, the water-based sealing primer from our company must be used. Theoretical Coverage Rate: Approximately 4 square meters per kilogram (two coats). Theoretical Paint Consumption: 4㎡/kg/two coats. If needed, the paint may be diluted with clean water, with a dilution rate of 5-10%. Dilution: Depending on construction difficulty and temperature, the paint may be diluted with clean water, not exceeding a 10% dilution. Brushing or Rolling: Dilution should be 5-10%. Airless Spraying: Water addition is usually not recommended. Construction Conditions: Apply at temperatures above 5°C and relative humidity below 85%. Cleaning: Immediately clean tools with clean water after use. Recoating Time: At least 2 hours between coats. Curing Time: 7 days at 25°C; for lower temperatures (not below 5°C), extend the curing time for optimal paint film results. |
