Ultra Weather-resistant Real Stone Paint
Description
This product is a type of coating that closely mimics the appearance of natural stone. It is made from high-grade silicone-acrylic emulsion with excellent water resistance, natural colored sand, and high-quality imported additives. Compared to natural stone, it is lighter in weight, more affordable, available in various colors and shapes, and its paint film is highly durable. It serves as a great alternative to natural stone.

| Application Method | Leveling: Apply anti-crack putty in two coats and sand it smooth. Allow a 12-hour interval between each application. Priming: Roll on a layer of primer specifically designed for real stone paint. Let it dry at room temperature for at least 24 hours. Ensure no peeling occurs when masking tape is applied and then removed. Partitioning: Apply partition strips, typically 0.8 - 1 cm wide. Spraying Real Stone Paint: Use a real stone paint spray gun and control the air pressure at 0.6 - 0.8 MPa. The optimal construction temperature is above 10°C. The paint thickness should be about 2 - 3 mm. For a thicker finish, apply two or three coats. Flattening: When the real stone paint is semi-dry, use a rubber roller to gently flatten any protruding sand grains. Be cautious with the pressure, as too much force may damage the paint film, loosen the underlying layer, and, in severe cases, result in poor adhesion or peeling of the real stone paint. Remove the masking tape to expose the partition strips. Repair any defects if necessary. Topcoat Application: Roll or spray the topcoat to protect the paint film and enhance its stain resistance and weatherability. Compatible products: Primer specifically for artistic coatings; topcoat for artistic coatings. |
