| Application Method | Construction Conditions: The construction wall should be flat and clean. The wall's moisture content should be less than 10%, the pH value should be less than 10, and there should be no holes. The product must be thoroughly stirred before use and should not be diluted with water. The construction temperature should be above 5°C, and the air humidity should be below 80%. The recommended amount of product for application is 0.6KG/㎡. Construction Process: Leveling: Apply anti-cracking putty twice, sanding it flat with a 12-hour interval between applications. Sealing: Roll-coat a layer of special primer, and allow it to dry at room temperature for more than 24 hours. Grid Division: Apply the dividing joints, typically 0.8-1 cm wide. Applying Multi-color Intermediate Coat: Apply one or two coats of multi-color intermediate coat until the base is fully covered. This can be done by spraying or rolling. Spraying Multi-color Paint: Use a multi-color paint spray gun. The optimal construction temperature is above 10°C. Adjust the density of color dots based on the desired effect. Generally, two coats are applied. Avoid applying too thick a layer in one pass to prevent sagging. Remove Masking Tape: Tear off the masking tape to expose the dividing joints. Repair any defects as needed. Top-coat Application: Apply the top-coat by rolling or spraying to protect the paint film and enhance its resistance to stains and weathering.
