Description
Surface Agent is made from imported high-molecular polymer emulsions as the primary raw material, refined with high-quality additives. It is suitable for interface treatment of wall substrates, enhancing the bonding strength between putty and the wall surface. With excellent penetration and adhesion, it makes the application of the topcoat easier, improves the fullness of the topcoat, and helps prevent common wall issues such as blistering and powdering of the coating.
