Surface Preparation The surface shall be dry, clean, firm and free from oil, dust, loose material and standing water. Concrete or road surfaces shall be properly cured and mechanically prepared where required.
Application Environment Apply with application temperature 5-40 deg C; relative humidity <= 85%; substrate temperature at least 3 deg C above the dew point; adequate ventilation; mixed two-component material used within its pot life.
Application Method Apply by airless spray, air spray, spray, brush, roller. Recommended dry film thickness: approx.40microns. Use compatible thinner/cleaner such as approved epoxy thinner where specified. Mix, thin and recoat according to site conditions and the coating system requirements.

Safety Confirm substrate condition, compatibility, mixing ratio and application environment before large-area work. Protect from freezing, rain, contamination and direct exposure before the film is fully dry. Do not use material that has exceeded its pot life or has gelled after mixing.
