Application

Surface Preparation Concrete or cementitious substrates shall be sound, dry, clean, fully cured, and free from laitance, oil, dust, loose material, and curing compounds. Confirm the compatible conductive primer or grounding design, substrate moisture condition, and system resistance requirements before application.
Application Environment Apply with application under suitable site temperature; relative humidity <= 85% where applicable; substrate temperature at least 3 deg C above the dew point; adequate ventilation.
Application Method Mix the two components thoroughly according to the confirmed ratio and pot life. Apply over the approved anti-static floor system by notched trowel, rake, or suitable self-leveling floor tools, and use a spike roller where required to release entrapped air.

Safety Confirm substrate condition, compatibility, mixing ratio and application environment before large-area work. Provide good ventilation, keep away from sparks and open flames, and use appropriate personal protective equipment. Do not use material that has exceeded its pot life or has gelled after mixing.
