Application

Surface Preparation Clean PV glass thoroughly before coating. Remove dust, oil, rust contamination, cleaning-agent residue and visible pollutants; rinse until the surface is clean and no foam remains.
Application Environment Apply at >=10 deg C and <=65% RH. Sunny weather is preferred. Do not apply in rain or snow. Under high temperature, apply in early morning or evening. Avoid contact with water or other liquids within 12 h after application.
Application Method Clean the glass surface, dry residual water, apply the nano-coating with dedicated brushing equipment, allow room-temperature curing and inspect the coated surface before acceptance.
Tools Electric cleaning tools, water gun, lint-free towel, long-handle brush, glass squeegee, dedicated brushing equipment and coating applicator head.
