The surface should be clean to ensure excellent performance of the paint film, including weather resistance, water resistance, gloss, and adhesion. 2. Application Conditions: The substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point temperature. The relative humidity should not exceed 85%. 3. Painting Method (Air Spraying): Thinner: Acrylic thinner Dilution Ratio: 35-40% Nozzle Diameter: 2.0-3.0mm Spray Pressure: 0.3-0.6 Mpa (approximately 3-6 kg/cm²) Cleaning Agent: Acrylic thinner 4. Recommended Number of Coats: Two coats, with a dry film thickness of 60-80μm. 5.
