It is ideal for use as a floor coating in industrial facilities (such as electronics factories, food factories, and precision machinery factories), GMP industry workshops, laboratories, shopping malls, and similar environments.

| Application Method | Mixing: Component A may experience slight sedimentation during storage. Stir Component A thoroughly before mixing. Measure Components A and B in the specified ratio, pour into a mixing bucket, stir well, and then proceed with construction. Application Method: Primer: Apply QLU3000 or QLU3001 primer to achieve an even film. Intermediate Coat: Mix QLU3078 intermediate coating with quartz powder and apply to the required thickness. Top Coat: Apply QLU3036 top coat over the sealed intermediate layer using a specialized toothed trowel (Note: Ensure to smooth with the back of the trowel). Recommended Coverage: 0.7–3.0 kg/m². Application Conditions: Ensure moisture content is below 8%, relative humidity below 55%. Avoid application in rainy conditions, when atmospheric humidity exceeds 85%, or when temperatures are below 10°C. Packaging: Component A: 20 kg; Component B: 10 kg. |
