Epoxy Floor Anti-static Self-leveling Topcoat (2K)
Description
QLU-3094 is made from imported 828 resin and 128 resin, high-quality solvents, pigments, fillers, conductive media, BYK additives, and products from American Gas Company, using advanced technology. It is a two-component, self-leveling anti-static material with high solid content and low viscosity. It is ideal for anti-static environments in industries such as electronics, communications, microelectronics, precision machinery, and chemicals. It is particularly suited for production and storage areas of sensitive electronic components, such as electronic instruments and integrated circuits, where anti-static control is critical.

| Application Method | Mixing: During storage, Component A may experience slight sedimentation. Stir Component A thoroughly before mixing. Pour Components A and B into the mixing bucket in the correct proportions and mix well for construction. (Note: When pouring the mixed material, do not scrape off the material adhering to the bucket walls and bottom to avoid potential uneven mixing.) Application Method: Base Coat: Apply QLU3000 or QLU-3001 base coat until a uniform film is achieved. Middle Coat: Mix QLU-3078 with quartz powder to the required consistency and apply it to the desired thickness. Conductive Base Coat: Spread QLU-3046 conductive base coat over the middle coat using a trowel. Top Coat: Apply QLU-3094 top coat by troweling onto the sealed anti-static middle coat. Application Conditions: Moisture content should be below 8%. Relative humidity must be under 55%. Avoid construction on rainy days, when atmospheric humidity exceeds 85%, or when the temperature is below 10°C. Recommended Dosage: 0.6 - 2.0 kg/m² Packaging: Component A: 24KG; Component B: 6KG |
