Application Guide

Application Method 1. Surface Preparation: The previous coat of paint must be completely dry, and all oil stains and debris on the coating film should be removed. 2. Application Method: Thinner: Epoxy thinner (for airless spraying and conventional air spraying) Dilution Ratio: 0 - 15% (for both airless spraying and conventional air spraying) Nozzle Diameter: 0.4 - 0.5mm (airless spraying); 2.0 - 3.0mm (conventional air spraying) Spray Pressure: 20 - 30 MPa (approximately 200 - 300 kg/cm², for airless spraying); 0.3 - 0.4 MPa (approximately 3 - 4 kg/cm², for conventional air spraying) Cleaning Agent: Epoxy thinner 3. Recommended Number of Coats: One coat for airless spraying to achieve a dry film thickness of 60 - 80 µm. For brush or roller application, 2 - 3 coats are recommended. 4. Coating Interval: Substrate temperature: Minimum intervals: 48 hours at 5°C, 24 hours at 20°C, and 16 hours at 30°C. Maximum intervals: 15 days at 5°C, 7 days at 20°C, and 5 days at 30°C. 5. Recommended Undercoat: Epoxy coal tar pitch primer
