Description
QLU-3100 Epoxy Wall Coating is formulated with imported Shell 828 resin or 128 resin (distributed by Guangzhou Huilian), high-quality solvents, premium pigments and fillers, special aggregates, BYK additives, and a curing agent from American Gas Company (distributed by Guangzhou Liangu). Produced using advanced techniques, it is a two-component epoxy anti-corrosion coating with high solids content and low viscosity. It is ideal for anti-corrosion, dust-proof, and mildew-proof applications on walls in industrial facilities, warehouses, and similar environments.

| Application Method | Mixing: Component A may experience slight sedimentation during storage. Stir Component A thoroughly before mixing. Pour Components A and B into the mixing bucket in the specified ratio, stir well, and then proceed with construction. (Note: Avoid scraping any mixed material adhered to the walls or bottom of the bucket to prevent uneven mixing.) Application Method: Primer Coat: Apply QLU3000 or QLU3001 epoxy primer to achieve a uniform film. Topcoat: Apply two coats of QLU3100 water-based epoxy topcoat mixture over the sealed primer. Construction Conditions: The surface must be free of oil, moisture, and other contaminants. Moisture content should be below 8%, and relative humidity below 55%. Avoid construction in rainy conditions, when atmospheric humidity exceeds 85%, or when temperatures fall below 10°C. Recommended Coverage: 0.15–0.3 kg/m². Packaging: Component A: 20 kg; Component B: 10 kg. |
