Epoxy Floor Anti-static Coating (2K)
Description
QLU-3096 is a two-component anti-static material made from imported curing agents, 828 resin, 128 resin, high-quality solvents, pigments and fillers, high-quality conductive media, BYK additives, and curing agents from the American Gas Company, processed through advanced technological techniques. It features high solid content and low viscosity. It is designed for anti-static environments in industries such as electronics, communications, microelectronics, precision machinery, and chemical plants. It is particularly suitable for production workshops and storage areas where sensitive electronic instruments and integrated circuits with stringent anti-static requirements are handled.
Best For
- steel structure protection
- industrial floor systems
- heavy-duty anti-corrosion projects
Buyer Benefits
- strong adhesion to prepared substrates
- good chemical resistance
- suitable for multi-coat protective systems
Key Features
- Seamless, dust-free, and easy-to-clean with a smooth, shiny surface.
- Solvent-free and environmentally friendly.
- Excellent electrical conductivity, capable of rapidly discharging static charges to prevent damage to electronic components and fires caused by static accumulation.
- Stable and long-lasting surface resistance, unaffected by weather humidity and surface wear.
- Dense surface resists the erosion of various chemicals, including acids, alkalis, salt solutions, and petroleum products.
- Available in a variety of colors for customer selection.
Typical Coating System
Typical epoxy system: epoxy primer, optional epoxy intermediate coat, and polyurethane or fluorocarbon topcoat when exterior color and weather resistance are required.

| Application Method | Mixing: During storage, Component A may experience slight precipitation. Before mixing, thoroughly stir Component A. Then, pour Components A and B into a mixing bucket in the correct proportions and stir well to ensure even mixing. Note: When pouring the mixture, do not scrape off the mixture adhered to the sides or bottom of the bucket to prevent uneven mixing. Application Method: Primer Coat: Apply QLU-3000 or QLU-3001 primer to form a uniform film. Intermediate Coat: Use QLU-3078 intermediate coating. Mix with quartz powder and apply to the required thickness. Conductive Primer: Roll-coat QLU-3046 anti-static primer onto the intermediate coat. Top Coat: Use QLU-3096 anti-static top coating. Roll-coat or spray the mixture onto the sealed anti-static intermediate coat. Application Conditions: Moisture content should be below 8%. Relative humidity should be below 55%. Avoid construction during rainy weather, when relative humidity exceeds 85%, or when the temperature is below 10°C. Recommended Coverage: 0.15 - 0.5 kg/m². Packaging: Component A: 24KG; Component B: 6KG. |
