Description
QLU-3018 is made from imported 828 resin or 128 resin, high-quality pigments and fillers, solvents, BYK additives, products from American Gas Company, and other raw materials. It is refined through advanced technological processes. This is a two-component material with high solid content and low viscosity. It is used as the topcoat for the floors of general industrial plants (such as electronics factories, food factories, and precision machinery factories), GMP-compliant industrial plants, laboratories, shopping centers, parking lots, and more.

| Application Method | Mixing: During storage, Component A may experience slight precipitation. Thoroughly stir Component A before mixing. Pour Components A and B into the mixing bucket in the correct proportions, stir well, and then begin the construction. Appplication methods: Primer coating: Use QLU 3000 or QLU 3001 primer to achieve a uniform film. Middle coating: Use QLU 3078 as the middle coating, mixing it with quartz powder to achieve the desired thickness. Top coating: Roll-coat or spray QLU 3018 mixed material onto the well-sealed middle coating. Reference consumption: 0.1 - 0.8 kg/m² (for two coats). Application conditions: Ensure the moisture content is below 8%, and the relative humidity is below 55%. Construction should be avoided in rainy weather, when the atmospheric relative humidity exceeds 85%, or if the temperature is below 10°C. Packaging: Component A: 24 KG; Component B: 6 KG |
