Application Method 1. Surface Preparation: The previous coat should be fully dry. Remove all oil stains and impurities from the paint film. 2. Application Conditions: Substrate temperature must be at least 3℃ higher than the dew point temperature. Relative humidity should not exceed 85%. 3. Painting method (air spraying): Diluent: Polyurethane thinner Dilution ratio: 20 - 35% Nozzle diameter: 2.0 - 3.0mm Spray pressure: 0.3 - 0.6Mpa (approx. 3 - 6Kg/cm²) Cleaning agent: Acrylic thinner (?) 4. Recommended number of painting coats: Two coats by spraying (dry film thickness: 60 - 80um). For brushing or roller coating: 2 - 3 coats required. 5. Painting interval: At 5℃: Minimum interval of 48 hours, maximum of 14 days. At 20℃: Minimum interval of 24 hours, maximum of 7 days. At 30℃: Minimum interval of 16 hours, maximum of 5 days. 6. Compatible previous-coat paints: Epoxy zinc-rich primer, Epoxy micaceous iron intermediate paint, Other two-component epoxy anti-rust paints.
