| Application Method | 1. Surface Preparation: The previous coat of paint should be completely dry, and all oil stains and debris on the paint film must be removed. 2. Application Conditions: The temperature of the substrate must be at least 3°C higher than the dew point temperature. The relative humidity should not exceed 85%. 3. Coating method (air spraying): Diluent: Polyurethane thinner Dilution ratio: 20 - 35% Nozzle diameter: 2.0 - 3.0mm Spraying pressure: 0.3 - 0.6 Mpa (approximately 3 - 6 Kg/cm²) Cleaning agent: Polyurethane thinner 4. Recommended number of coating passes: For spraying: Two passes with a dry film thickness of 60 - 80um. For brushing or roller coating: 2 - 3 passes required. 5. Coating interval: For substrate temperature: At 5°C, the minimum interval is 48 hours, maximum 14 days. At 20°C, the minimum interval is 24 hours, maximum 7 days. At 30°C, the minimum interval is 16 hours, maximum 5 days. 6. Compatible previous-coat paints: Epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy micaceous iron intermediate paint, or other two-component epoxy anti-rust paints. |
