Application Guide

Application Method 1. Surface Preparation: The steel surface to be coated must be thoroughly cleaned of oil, scale, rust, old coatings, etc. Shot blasting or sandblasting methods can be used to meet the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5, with a roughness of 30 - 70μm. Manual rust removal methods can also be used to meet the Swedish rust removal standard St3, with a roughness of 30 - 70μm. 2. Application Conditions: Ambient temperature: 2 - 40°C Relative humidity: 25% - 75% After application, the temperature should be increased as soon as possible (theoretical value: 3 - 7 days) to allow the high-temperature additives to form a secondary film, ensuring excellent temperature resistance and anti-corrosion performance. 3. Application Rreference Mixing instructions: Primer (single-can package), Topcoat (single-can package) Maturing time: Ready for use after thorough mixing. Diluent: Special diluent or X-7 diluent Diluent addition amount: 5% - 30% Application methods: High-pressure airless spraying, air spraying, manual brushing Film thickness control: Primer (wet film 50μm, dry film 20μm); Topcoat (wet film 50μm, dry film 20μm) Tool cleaning: Special diluent or X-7 diluent 4. Coating interval For substrate temperatures, the shortest interval is 48 hours at 5°C, 24 hours at 20°C, and 16 hours at 30°C. There is no maximum limit for the interval.
