Application
| Surface Preparation | Concrete or cementitious substrates shall be sound, dry, clean, fully cured, and free from laitance, oil, dust, loose material, and curing compounds. Grind or shot-blast as required and confirm substrate moisture condition before priming. |
| Application Environment | Apply with application temperature 10-35 deg C; relative humidity <= 85%; substrate temperature at least 3 deg C above the dew point; adequate ventilation. |
