Application Guide

Surface Preparation Steel or metal surfaces shall be dry, clean and free from oil, dust, mill scale and loose rust. Use the specified hand-tool, power-tool or blast-cleaning grade according to the coating system and service environment.
Application Environment Apply with application under suitable site temperature; relative humidity <= 85% where applicable; substrate temperature at least 3 deg C above the dew point; adequate ventilation.
Application Method Apply by airless spray, air spray, spray. Recommended dry film thickness: approx.30microns. Use compatible thinner/cleaner such as approved fluorocarbon thinner where specified. Mix, thin and recoat according to site conditions and the coating system requirements.

Safety Confirm substrate condition, compatibility, mixing ratio and application environment before large-area work.
